This site is deployed on Microsoft Azure and uses Google reCAPTCHA v3. These third-party services may collect and process data according to their own policies. The developer is not responsible for their data handling practices.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

The site collects only the following information when a submission is made:

• Pet’s name
• Birth year
• Death year
• Optional message
• Optional image

The site does not require accounts, does not use analytics, and does not collect unnecessary personal data.

2. Image Processing

Uploaded images are processed to remove GPS and EXIF metadata before storage to help protect user privacy. The website is delivered over HTTPS for secure transmission.

3. Public Disclosure Consent

By submitting content, you explicitly consent to:

• Permanent public visibility

4. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. However, Google reCAPTCHA may collect technical information as part of its functionality. Its data collection is governed by its own policies.

Submitted content remains publicly available for as long as the project is active. If the project is discontinued, data may be temporarily stored before permanent deletion.

6. Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed toward children. No age verification is performed. The developer does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13.
